We welcome you to our heart city located apartment, just 7 minutes walking distance from downtown. Be able to enjoy the closeness of the main touristic attractions combined with the peace and quiet of our nice place. The space VERDE ALAMEDA is a spacious and quiet house, located inside a gated complex, which makes your stay pleasant and safe. We are located within the Las Alamedas® complex Guest access It has its own parking at no additional cost inside the gated complex. We have the advantage that the public transport (sprinter) stops in front of the steps of the University of Guanajuato and leaves you right in front of the house. Other things to note The house has its own large parking lot, which in downtown Guanajuato is difficult to find. The house can accommodate up to three vehicles, however only the first one is included at the price. The extra vehicle will cost 250 pesos per day.
