Welcome to the tiny home that feels big! This unique home is clean and tidy with bespoke finishes such as reclaimed wall planks, Newfoundland spruce siding, a custom IKEA kitchen. With floor to ceiling room dividing doors this place is both functional and stylish. The space This is a stylish and tastefully decorated one bedroom house. Located on the main floor is the kitchen and living room with patio doors to a fenced in back yard. The second floor includes a washroom, laundry and den area which can be used as a lounge or a dressing room. From the den you walk up the stairs into the third floor loft bedroom with a queen size bed and high end skylight. This beautiful house has been fully renovated from top to bottom and would be a great base for your St. John's stay. Guest access The guests can have access to anything in the building including all Appliances and cooking utensils. Other things to note Parking is on street only however there is a parking lot behind the convenient store which is OK for overnight use at your own discretion.
