Check-in instructions are provided prior to arrival for a smooth, self-guided entry experience. Because of the central location, many guests choose to explore on foot. However, a secured parking space is available should you rent a vehicle. Uber's are very accessible to and from the airport and to and from pretty much everywhere around San Juan. Please review the following before booking: Occupancy & Building Policy This is a secure residential building with 24/7 security. • Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 registered guests. • Security verifies identification for all guests upon arrival. • Only guests listed in the reservation will be permitted access. This policy is enforced by building management and helps maintain safety and privacy for all residents and visitors. Location & City Sounds The condo is located in a vibrant coastal area near the beach and Old San Juan. As with most urban beachfront locations, occasional street noise or passing vehicles may be heard. The unit is located on the 8th floor, which significantly reduces this, but very light sleepers may still notice some city activity. Puerto Rico also hosts cultural events, celebrations, and parades throughout the year. While uncommon, periodic island-wide gatherings may include music or motorcades. For most guests, these are part of the authentic island experience. Climate & Air Conditioning The condo has two zoned central A/C units: • One dedicated to the primary bedroom • One for the living room and second bedroom Each can be controlled separately via Nest thermostats. Temperature range is set between 70–85°F for system efficiency and comfort. The building is modern and serviced regularly. Some guests who are highly sensitive to sound have noted light operational noise when A/C cycles on.
