With planning our place will be comfortable all day (70s deg): open windows at night ~8:00pm and close windows/doors in the morning ~8:00am. Great room has comfortable recliner seating for 6. Tesla Charging: There is a NEMA 6-50 250V outlet in the garage and a Tesla charger with adapter: feel free to charge. (Current must be limited to 29A since outlet is on 30A breaker) The back yard does have a smaller chain link fenced area which prevents friendly dogs and wild life (like an occasional coyote) from interfering with fire and grill activities. The fence can also aid in preventing infants from wandering off. Gates allow you to exit the fenced area to access the horse pits and extra fire wood as well as explore the 2 acre lot. Guest access Getting to cabin: Richardson lane is a gently sloped dirt road: suitable for any vehicle. Distance to cabin on Richardson lane is 1/2 mile. Parking: Two car garage and plenty of parking in front.
