To access the property, guests will enter through the first level, where the private parking area is located, and then climb a set of stairs to reach the main living space. Inside, you'll find two fully equipped bedrooms with air conditioning, a comfortable living room, a kitchen stocked with essentials, and a bathroom with basic amenities for the number of guests. Step out onto the small balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy fresh air and unwind after a long day. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this cozy retreat offers easy access to the best of Añasco—known as “Where the Gods Die,” according to history. You'll be near the Industrial Zone and just a short 10-minute drive from shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services. For your convenience, the house is equipped with a water cistern, ensuring a steady supply in case of temporary water outages. However, please note that there is no alternate power source, so in the event of an electrical outage, service will depend on the local provider. The home also includes a water heater, though it may take a few minutes to warm up. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, but detergents are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own. Now, just a heads-up: we are nestled in a lovely neighborhood with neighbors nearby and close to the Industrial Zone, so while we can’t control the occasional hum of the surrounding area, please keep in mind that outside noises—from both neighbors and the industry—might make an appearance.
