Casita Rita our 1 bedroom with a kitchen and our two Bungalows, Bungalow Encantadora and Bungalow del Sol (available for rent separately) are situated around the central Palapa bar, dining and swimming pool area. All bedrooms feature AC, king size beds, luxury bedding, flatscreen TV's and beautiful outdoor showers! Free whole resort high speed WiFi! 2 adults 2 children. The space Our staff includes a cook and a maid and breakfast/lunch and cleaning service is available each day except Mondays. Breakfast and lunch are served for a nominal fee. The development has a separate laundry room and laundry service is available to all guests. Relax by the saltwater pool with a cold beverage or take the short 8 minute stroll to the best beach in Zihuatanejo. We can also arrange for tours to local Mayan ruins, in house massages, fishing or golf trips, horseback riding, diving, snorkeling, surf lessons, parasailing, jet ski rides, sailboat rentals, boat cruises, ATV rides and beach chairs with service. For trips from the airport, to town or Ixtapa we have our own dedicated taxi service that offers clean vehicles, courteous service, good prices and English speaking drivers. Breakfast is served daily with an Al La Carte menu. A tab will be given to you before your departure. Lunches are also available for $10.00 per person per day. Prices are subject to change. Guest access Our kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal and dish washer. We provide all utensils, pots, pans, glassware and dishes if you prefer to cook your own meals. You must provide your own food for cooking, and you must clean the entire area when utilized. The media room includes a 58 inch flat screen TV, U.S. and Canadian Satellite TV, a BOSE speaker bar with Bluetooth. The couches in the media room can be made into two twin beds to sleep children or young adults. We have bedding and pillows to ensure their comfort. Our Garden bath area includes ample closet space, dual sinks and an outdoor bath that features a handmade concrete bath tub for two, outdoor rain shower and a beautiful garden setting. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, luxury bath and beach towels. Just bring yourselves and enjoy our property. The master bedroom features air conditioning, a 50 inch flat screen with Netflix, and a king size bed with luxury bedding. The outdoor living room in dining room includes a luxurious couch, traditional Mexican chairs, sunshades, a Amazon Echo system, a four person dining room table that is handmade from our local Parota wood. At the rear of your Casita is a stone patio area with two hammocks. Pure luxury in a tropical oasis setting where you're surrounded by palm trees, mangoes, almond trees, papaya trees, lime bushes, banana trees and hundred of tropical flowers. In addition to the features of your Casita we also offer: a swimming pool a bar area with 65 inch flat screen an outdoor kitchen with burners, grill, oven and GE refrigerator two washers and two dryers Other things to note We are a pet friendly resort and small dogs and cats are welcome. You must provide your pets food/water bowls and towels. They must have their own bed, as pets are not allowed on the beds, furniture or in the pool. Please have your pet on a leash at all times when in the common area. Please pick up after you pet. Violators are subject to a $200.00 violation fee. Smoking is allowed, but only in outdoor areas. Pool use is open 24 hours per day, but we ask that you control noise after 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends. The Casitas at Playa La Ropa is a walled compound and you will be given two keys. One for the front door, and one for Casita Rita. Lost keys will incur a $50 charge to replace. Casita Rita will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The media room has 2 sofas that children can sleep on.
