Private and spacious main floor suite, backing on hiking trails and forest. 5 min walk from bus stop, 10 min drive to downtown and airport. Grocery store, high quality pub and restaurant are a 5 min walk away. Close to hiking, mountain biking and cross country ski trails. Suitable for business travellers, tourists, adventurers and families. Friendly hosts. The space Above-ground, private legal suite on the main floor of our home, with separate entrance, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Brand new hotel standard queen mattress for superior sleep, and high quality pullout couch in living area. Miles of forest trails outside your door. Close to Mount MacIntyre cross-country ski trails, and Canada Games Center. Pets negotiable, extra fees will apply. Guest access Entire guest suite and parking space in shared driveway. Please note, smoking, vaping, or burning candles or incense are not allowed on the property. As well, E-bike and E-scooter batteries are not permitted inside the suite. If you need alternate storage please contact us. Thank you for understanding. If you plan to leave the suite without your vehicle for an extended period, please park your vehicle on the street so it doesn't block access to our car and trailer. Parking in driveway: Please park to the right of the garage but leave space for our red truck and trailer which we park at the far right side of the driveway. Your vehicle will park between the garage and the space for our truck and trailer parked at the far right side of the driveway. Other things to note Lots of little people live in our cul-de-sac so please be careful when driving in and out of the street and driveway thanks :) On weekdays you may hear us heading off to work and school in the morning and arriving home in the evening. During the weekday when we are at work the house is usually tranquil and quiet. On weekends you may hear us a bit more but we are generally out most of the day for fresh air and activities. The house usually gets very quiet after 8:30 pm. Many guests have mentioned they slept very well and found the space cozy and private. Our kitchen is well equipped to provide many options for cooking and baking. However we do not provide grocery items beyond the basics stated in our listing. For TV, there is free Netflix and an Apple box. There is no cable TV. Instructions on how to operate the TV are in the suite.
