Beautiful Basement Suite!

Basement suite with everything you could want: BIG windows, built to code & safety inspected, private entrance, spacious street parking, washer and dryer (not shared), LED lighting, complimentary coffee and awesome hosts! Shared with a lovely young family upstairs, this is your home away from home. The space *The entrance is private, there is no shared space! *No smoking inside or outside of property. If you wish to smoke please leave the property to do so to respect those around you. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the back yard and fire pit, just bring your own chairs 😀 Other things to note Separate entrance is located on the right (south) side of the house. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway as long as they are SUPER tight to the fence to allow the other two spots for our family. During the winter months, the snow is usually shovelled within 12 hours of the snow stopping. Guests are also welcome to use the plug in (for your vehicle) during winter months, at or below -15. MUST Bring your own extension cord.
