Welcome to Water’s Edge, a private, adults-only waterfront retreat set directly on Grand Traverse Bay. Designed for guests seeking comfort, quiet, and a touch of understated luxury, this two-bedroom escape offers effortless bayfront living with a private deck, direct water access, and a calm, boutique-style atmosphere. Located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City, the property feels secluded, close to everything—wineries, dining and some of Northern Michigan’s most scenic drives. The space We are on M-22 and during certain times there is road noise, please keep this in mind before you book or review us:) This property has everything you will need, a home away from home. Sparkling clean and a mix of vintage and modern with a breath taking waterfront at your finger tips! The space has its own entrance and is private even though it’s connected to the owners space. We recently updated the heat and air conditioning to a wonderful, quiet wall unit that our guests can remotely control and we put in new beautiful floors throughout the space). Enjoy the swans and the picturesque views of the Bay while sitting outside on a private deck. Inside the unit is a large picture window facing the water so you can enjoy the view from inside. ( Our space has two bedrooms and is listed for two people only, additional charges apply for more than two guests and you must inquire and get our approval before adding more guests). Possible road noise during peek driving times, noise machines and ear plugs are provided). Please, ask before bringing children:) Guest access Easy parking, you have your own spot right outside the rental entrance. Other things to note • This space is for two adults only, perfect for a calm, quiet stay. • We love animals, but no pets are allowed. • The kitchen is fully stocked but does not include a dishwasher. • The owner lives onsite and respects your privacy. • There’s no washer/dryer, but the nearest laundromat is just minutes away. • The private fire pit can only be used when the wind allows. • Bring your own kayaks or rent them nearby.
