Welcome to this warm family home! We are located between the 1st. and 2nd. ring of the city so it is a privileged area, since almost everything is close. It is also a nice, safe neighborhood, with its cobblestone streets which guarantees greater tranquility. We are located 12 blocks from the center where there are several museums, gardens, bars and you can taste a typical drink of the region. We are also close to major hospitals, shopping malls, movie theaters, and restaurants. The space Colima is characterized for being a small, warm, hospitable State and full of natural places to discover. As inhabitants we feel privileged by so much natural diversity, such as the Sierra de Manantlan, the volcano of fire, the various rivers that cross the State and the beaches on the Coast. Due to its extension, less than 40 minutes from the Center of Colima we have to choose sun and sand or mountains and cold. Our home is a two-story house with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, equipped kitchen, mini-terrace, laundry room, and garage. The room that we offer is located on the second floor of the house, it is completely private and cozy. It has a double bed, table with drawers, closet, 2 chairs and air conditioning. This room is for 1 or 2 people only, a third person has an additional cost. It is an ideal option for adventurers who want comfort, business or leisure travelers, and students for stays of no more than 15 days. Guest access As a guest you can access all the common spaces of the house, with the exception of the other rooms that are private. Since the bedroom is on the second floor of the house, practically the bathroom on that floor is for the exclusive use of the guests, however they can also access the bathroom on the ground floor if they prefer. During your stay The house is inhabited by 3 people, however there is total independence so that they feel at home and if they require advice of any kind, I am at your service to support you. Other things to note I personally give you the keys to the main doors to the house and the key to your room.
