Cottages in Cane Garden Bay #1

Enjoy one of the British Virgin Islands best beaches, only footsteps from your door. Each half duplex has a living area with a foldout sofa, a well equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, a bedroom with queen-sized bed, a bathroom with walk in shower, a covered deck with an overhead fan, ceiling fans throughout, and fully air conditioned. The Cottages were Gold Seal Certified by the Government of the British Virgin Island during Covid 19. The space The Cottages are just steps from beautiful Cane Garden Bay Beach by way of Mongoose Lane. We are a short level walk to everything you need. Groceries, liquor, sundries, a laundromat, ATM, gift shops and 10 or 12 restaurants and bars. There is a family owned convenience store and bar counter right next door. Tropical decor and tiled floors throughout add to the charm of the Cottages. A professional maid service does housekeeping every three or four days. Each unit has a broom and dustpan for sweeping up and impound right on site for your trash and recycle. A foot wash to clean the sand from the beach is at the base of your front steps. Guest access Large, lush private yard, shaded by coconut palms and almond trees. A 14'x 18' gazebo in our privacy fenced yard houses a charcoal grill and a picnic table. There are 2 hammocks in the shade of large almond trees are there for guest enjoyment. We have fiber optic high speed internet throughout the property and a smart tv, remote speaker, safe, hair dryer, blender and microwave in every Cottage. We provide beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a cooler for the beach. There is parking on site and a backup generator ensures power supply is continuous. Other things to note As is the norm in Tortola, we rely on rainwater collected off the roof and stored in cisterns below each Cottage. It supplies the water needed for the bathroom and washing dishes but we recommend you purchase bottled water for drinking and for making ice. You can of course boil the water to ensure is safe to drink. Because water is a scarce commodity, we encourage guests to conserve water wherever possible. If a toilet is running, or you hear the pump cycling on and off, please let our staff know promptly. Try not to flush every time use the toilet, if you can. If our cistern runs every runs dry, notify our staff and they will have a load of water brought in to replenish the cistern. Our backup generator should cycle on automatically after just a few seconds if the island's power supply goes down. This happens occasionally and there is no need for alarm. If however, our generator does not cycle on promptly, please call our staff and they will attend to it promptly.
