Ocean front villa, Full Staff, Snorkeling on Reef

Our 4 bedroom villa on the sea, has fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea. Relax on pool deck or outdoor patio to watch the sunrises or night sky. Step down to the sea where you can relax, sun or snorkel in the reef. The snorkeling is fantastic. The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper and caretaker, to service your bedrooms, cook breakfast and dinner daily and maintain grounds and pool during your stay. Each bedroom has A/C and ensuite bathroom. The space Fully staffed villa. Plan your menu with the cook, and they will do your grocery shopping and prepare, serve breakfast and dinner. A housekeeper to clean and make beds and a groundsman to keep pool and grounds clear and clean. You are responsible for the cost to obtain groceries and beverages. The staff are one of the highlights of the villa, friendly, accommodating to ensure a wonderful stay. Located on the main road there are many attractions within 20 minutes of the villa such as Dunns River Falls, Blue Hole, ATV, beaches, shopping, gardens, river rafting and many more. The sea views are amazing. Snorkeling is fantastic, as we are located on a protected reef, many fish. You can snorkel for as long as you want when you want. We have expert snorkelers you can hire to take you out in the sea. Our home is comfortable, with an outdoor patio for dining, playing games or working on your laptop. You just relax and watch the sunrises, the fishermen in their boat and the occasional cruise ship pass. It is our home away from home, if you want to stay to relax and read or if you want a driver to take you out, it is up to you. Guest access Guests have complete access to the villa, however number of bedrooms available are based on number of people booked. Villa has many points of interest, such as the pool deck for sunning, swimming or star gazing. There are stairs down through our garden of flowers to the jetty/dock. You have complete access to the patio and jetty at sea level. We have a garage available for a car. The number of bedrooms serviced are based on booking 1-4 people = 2 bedrooms 5-6 people = 3 bedrooms 7-8 people = 4 bedrooms IF you need more bedrooms, please contact owner. Other things to note Please message me if you have any questions. Christmas and New Years week are priced at a premium and require a minimum a week stay. Breakfast and dinner are cooked and served daily. The housekeeper will keep your rooms spotless. This trip is for you and your family/group to relax with no worries. A minimum 10% tip is required for staff, which is split among the staff. Cost of groceries, beverages and transportation costs are the responsibility of the guests. Staff will do all shopping for you or you may accompany her. To meet individual needs of guests, we try to buy everything fresh. Staff will do laundry at an additional cost per load, clothes washed, lined dried and folded. Rates are based on double occupancy, so if you are a group of 4 and need all 4 bedrooms, a surcharge is required to cover costs for the additional 2 bedrooms.
