Casa Valentina is located in the quiet and exclusive neighborhood of Ojo De Agua, which means “eye of the water.” Our home is tucked away on a cul-de-sac, a callejon so there is very little foot and car traffic. This property offers 2900 sq. ft. of living space with three-bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and additional garden patios. The rooftop terrace has stunning views as well as a private sanctuary for your visit to San Miguel de Allende. The space This bright and spacious casa is a short (15 minute) walk to the vibrant center of San Miguel, El Centro along a picturesque street. It is also a lovely tree-lined walk to Parque Juarez which will lead into town as well. Taxis and Uber are easily accessible and affordable. A well-stocked grocery store La Comer is a quick trip. There are delightful restaurants and bakeries near-by. Many side trips (Atotonilco, Posos, Dolores Hildalgo and Guanajuato) are close by and accessible by car. We use a great transport service and they are happy to tailor-make any side trips you might desire. This tastefully decorated casa is spacious, bright and comfortable. It has wonderful garden views from each bedroom. The rooftop offers one of the most magnificent views of the city and the Sierras that San Miguel has to offer. It is a perfect place to relax, to entertain and most of all, to enjoy the enchantment of San Miguel de Allende. The house has a full water filtration system, Wi-Fi, security system, safe, TV’s, music system and telephone(s). The First Floor - The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, bottled water, dishware and glassware. It is stocked with high quality flatware, pots and pans. The breakfast area in the kitchen seats six comfortably and is perfect for a casual meal. The dining room has seating for eight and a fully stocked buffet for all of your entertaining needs. The highlight is a view of the beautiful Parroquia, San Miguel’s beloved cathedral. A half bathroom for guests The living room if furnished with a large and comfortable sofa, chairs, Smart TV and fireplace. Lovely glass doors open up to the lush back garden and patio. The back-garden patio contains a dining table for six, outdoor seating for six, fireplace, as well as a stainless steel grill. The first floor bedroom has French doors that lead to the back garden. Bright and lovely, this bedroom contains a new king size bed, fresh linens, fireplace, TV, comfy chair, ceiling fan and blackout curtains. An en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and a shower/tub combo and a large closet provides the utmost privacy for you and your guests. The Second Floor - A second large bedroom looks on to a private lush garden. Bright and lovely this suite contains a new king size bed, fresh linens, fireplace, TV, chair, ceiling fan, black out curtains. There is an attached bathroom featuring double sinks, a walk-in shower and large closet. The main Master Suite has a private terrace to enjoy the garden view. Grab a cup of coffee and relax in overstuffed chairs and a small sofa. This lovely bedroom contains a new king size bed, fresh linens, fireplace, TV, two chairs, ceiling fan and blackout curtains. The attached large master bath has double sinks, walk-in shower and a large closet. The soaking tub will be a welcome haven after a day of exploring the delights of San Miguel. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the second floor. You are welcome to use these during your stay. We offer laundry supplies for your convenience. The Roof Terrace- The roof terrace offers incredible views of the city and countryside with outdoor lighting, four lounge chairs, two outdoor sofas, and a counter with four stools and a sink, fireplace, and umbrellas. This is a perfect place to soak up the sun and entertain family and friends. You won’t want to miss the fabulous sunsets and night skies that San Miguel offers. The home was totally remodeled in 2019 and offers new furniture, appliances, and fabulous artwork.
