Traditional West Indian cottage on Organic Farm

Good Moon Cottage is a traditional West Indian wooden cottage perched on top of a peaceful, secluded hill-side property. After the apocalyptic devastation of hurricane Irma in 2017, Good Moon Cottage has been fully renovated. The roof is 100% stronger and it is newly decorated for the comfort for our guests. Come and enjoy the secluded nature surrounding the Cottage and the Farm for a very peaceful holiday in the BVI. The space Good Moon Cottage is nestled in the trees on our organic farm and is surrounded by bananas, mangos, pau pau, herbs and tropical flowers. We offer a free herb garden and in-house prices on our produce. Or you can help out on the farm in exchange for fresh produce. The Cottage is about 600 feet above the unspoiled north shore called Cooper Bay and a five minute drive (20 min walk) from Trunk Bay, one of Tortola's most spectacular and empty beaches. Being centrally located, we are well situated for easy exploring of the West and East of Tortola. Being locals, we can easily advise you on quality excursions, daysails, hikes and unusual adventures. If you are surfers, local knowledge is readily available so we can send you to all the best surfing spots. The accommodation is ideal for a young family, one or two couples or four friends! The open loft has two separate beds and downstairs the main room has a very comfortable queen size bed. One extra floor mat for a child is available. Sheets are included. There is a small but very well equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator with freezer and the toilet has the shower with a stunning view! The balcony offers a hammock and you'll enjoy eating outside on the outdoor dining table. A barbecue in the back yard completes your cooking experience. And finally, if you need a car, we're happy to help arrange a car rental for you. Guest access Every area inside and by the Cottage premises is accessible. Not suitable for elderly or persons with handicaps. Other things to note Our surroundings are very special to us and the cottage is placed within an organic farming environment, we will really appreciate a very consciencious behaviour without littering, using chemicals or any other dangerous material on our property and nearby.
