Mid century modern home located in midtown area The space Our midtown home in a cozy neighborhood is conveniently located off of Thomasville Rd. We're 5 miles from Doak Cambell Stadium and a quick jump to any area of town. There are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities nearby by. The split level floor plan features 3 bedrooms (1 Queen - 1 Queen - 2 Twin), two full baths, two living areas (one upstairs, one down), and a fully stocked kitchen. Both living areas include large TVs and the downstairs has a 2-person pullout couch. We have a big backyard; great for grilling and hanging out by the fire pit. Also, this house is great for kids.
