Your stay at Sunkissed Serenity includes gated security, 2 bedrooms with each boasting their own bathrooms, central air, WiFi, keypad check-in entry, a fully stocked kitchen of appliances, BBQ Grill, on site property manager, steps away from the St. Thomas Yacht club, full access to the Elysian Swimming pool & hot tub and two onsite restaurants: The Caribbean Fish Market Restaurant & Sangria's Bistro The home is equipped with the latest in home technologies, including App/Web-based Hi-def Smart TV, Microsoft XBox 360, Blueray, and Sonos HI-FI Wi-Fi web stereo We are located on the East End at Cowpet Bay West, one of St. Thomas' most desirable locations for vacationing, inclusive of being a 5 minute drive into Red Hook boasting a strip of restaurants, bars and nightclub, Red Hook Ferry, American Yacht Harbor, Moe’s supermarket, Food Center, and just one minute away from the Ritz Carlton. 15-25 minutes away from everything else around the island! We are on Cowpet beach, other beaches nearby are: Secret Harbour, Sapphire, Coki and Lindquist to name a few. Note: Our home is guaranteed fresh, thanks to CENTRAL A/C and CENTRAL DEHUMIDIFIER. EXPERIENCE: Serve martinis and a cheese board on your unobstructed, ocean front balcony, drinking in that amazing crystal clear blue ocean view. Close the doors on your gourmet galley kitchen after preparing your culinary delights that would make even an executive chef smile. With only the finest in cookware, utensils, and counter top appliances, your tight kitchen work space is a cook's dream for preparing a simple snack to a grand dining experience. Later, turn in to your private, bedroom suite complete with high end touches including plush beds, full thread count sheets, and thick thirsty towels. Important things to note - This is a 100% zero tolerance non-smoking home- inclusive of our patio and on our outdoor cushions and chairs. - There is a mandatory 12.5% USVI hotel tax fee and $300 refundable security deposit. - Guests will be provided with a Rental Agreement and Welcome Letter 2 weeks prior to reservation date. - Outdoor security surveillance are not monitored when tenant/guest occupied- Please call 911 and homeowner if experiencing a security emergency during your stay. - Rates are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed.
