The house is located in the north of Mérida, 15 minutes from the historic center, 30 minutes from Progreso beach, Dzibilchaltún cenote and the archaeological center; also, close to the main shopping centers and ice skating rink by public or private transport. A 5-minute walk to a mini-store/basic grocery store in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The space The apartment is fully equipped for 3 people with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa that converts into a bed and direct access to a full bathroom with a very clean and fully equipped shower, all on the top floor. No smoking inside; you can smoke on our beautiful terrace on the ground floor, where you can find it very relaxing and cheerful with all the large collection of exotic plants that we have. The kitchen, on the ground floor, has a direct view of the terrace and is only for our visitors; fully equipped to cook from quesadillas and sandwiches to your favorite homemade food. Services include: kitchen, bathroom, room with a/c, internet, cable TV and a terrace (smoking area). Separate and private entrance through the side corridor and to the bedroom by a staircase. Comfortable, quiet, intimate and clean. Guest access Independent access from the main entrance through the hallway, free check-in and check-out times with prior notice of visitors outside the reservation; initial pantry for breakfast included, kitchen and bathroom with towels and accessories included and for the exclusive use of the visitor. The garden is a common space for watering plants periodically. Other things to note We will be around and provide as much help as possible to have a great stay inside our place and around the city; ask about places and activities to do during your stay, we can guide you. The bedroom is located on the floor, access is via a spiral staircase.
