Guest access All unlocked rooms in the house are available to guests, this includes two bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and 2 bathrooms. The entire outside space is also available to relax in. ***Please be advised that there is no access to a washer and dryer on the property*** Other things to note Please be advised that there are stairs on this property both inside the home and on the back deck. The home is not accessible without using stairs. Also note that there is a small unfenced fish pond in the front garden. Please do not feed or try to touch the fish, but feel free to watch them interact in their little habitat. Children need to be supervised at all times on the property. In the heat of the summer, someone will come water the front/back garden at least 3 days a week but I will give notice beforehand and we will not need to access the house. The downstairs living room is not suitable for toddlers to be left alone as there is a glass door separating the downstairs living area from the stairs. Please be aware, there is a $50/night per person fee for bookings with more than 5 guests. We do not allow pets at this Airbnb.
