The house has a great location in a peaceful neighbourhood, it is just in the seafront and has a great scenery. The sunsets are magical here. The place has two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and there is a backyard, all of them fully furnished and equipped. It is suitable either for short or even long stays. The city centre is 20 min by walk or 5 min by car. Moreover, there are a restaurant, a grocery store and a pharmacy within 3 min walking distance. The space Champoton is a quiet and peaceful city very well known by the quality of the sea food. Many foreigners stop by just because of this. The landscape is very powerful and full of beauty. Sunsets are particularly special here and the architectural design of the house aimed to frame and highlight this special moment of the day.
