Mahogany Point is a secluded beach front property and you'll enjoy sunshine in this tranquil location. The amazing view of the Caribbean Ocean from the master bedroom balcony; community pool, gazebo, lounge chairs, stocked kitchen, new appliances, granite countertops, and WiFi. Outdoor charcoal Weber grill located in private Villa courtyard. The space ACCOMMODATIONS The villa has some of the best snorkeling on the island right our the back door. Excellent snorkeling in shallow waters along the beautiful protective coral reef - you’ll see anything from lobsters, angelfish, puffer fish, lion fish, eels, to stingrays. The reef is great for beginner snorkelers or if you would just rather just sit on the beach you’ll enjoy the ocean breezes. Each time you go out into the water you will have a different experience. SECOND BEDROOM Can be converted to a king bed or two singles (both are very comfortable). Please let us know how you would like that bedroom prepared. EXTRA AMENITY 1 Double Kayak and 1 Single Kayak available for use. No life jackets provide. Must sign wavier for use. Licensed by Department of Tourism.
