It comes with over 1900 square feet of indoor living space and a huge 1274 sf private ocean view terrace complete with its own private hot tub and spectacular ocean views. It also has two well-appointed bathrooms, kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cook top, microwave, and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It sleeps up to 8 guests with a king bed and jetted tub in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable queen pull out bed in the separate common area. There is a spectacular Euro-style market called The Market at Quivira on site as well as a convenience store and deli. For larger food purchases, you are only 10-15 minutes from the nearest Wal-Mart grocery store, Costco and many locally-owned grocery stores.
