We are a space focused on rest; we are located a few meters from the Pípila monument and an 8-10 minute walk from the historic center, each apartment has 1 free parking space. The space The apartment Iremia that means tranquility, is a serene space with neutral tones, blue and roses, an experience that lovers of interior design cannot pass by, we take care of every detail and many of the pieces that make it up are made by Mexican artists, artisans and designers. Important aspects to consider: Coexistence Policy: Remember that Airbnb is a home-sharing service, not a hotel. Our space is focused on providing comfort, tranquility and rest, so parties, disorder, shouting, loud music or any type of noise that may disturb other guests or neighbors are not allowed. If your travel plan does not match these policies or you do not intend to comply with them, we kindly ask you to refrain from booking with us. This way we avoid awkward situations such as reports to Airbnb, the application of fines or the notice to the corresponding local authority. These rules exist to ensure that you and other guests have a pleasant, safe, and memorable experience. Number of Guests: You must enter the correct number of guests when making or quoting the reservation; the price changes from the third and fourth guest. Guest Policy: Guests and unregistered persons are not allowed. If this happens, Airbnb will be notified, a $5,000 fine will be applied, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund, requesting eviction from the property. Guest Age: Our accommodation is exclusively for adults; minors are not allowed to enter, except in previously authorized cases. Rooftop and Pool: Out of respect for all guests, bringing your own food and beverages into the rooftop area is not allowed. You can inquire about our mixology services or purchase drinks on site. Parking: Each apartment has 1 parking space. Pets: Pets are prohibited. Reception Hours: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you arrive outside of these hours, an additional fee will be applied for the host's time. We reserve the right not to receive guests after certain hours. Therefore, if your arrival is scheduled after 6:00 pm, it is essential that you let us know before booking to confirm if it will be possible to receive you. Booking Policy: No changes or refunds are accepted once the property is booked. Guest access Check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm We understand that every trip is different and schedules may vary. We only ask that you please let us know at least one day in advance if your arrival time will be after 6 pm to check if it is possible for someone from the team to return. Please note that there is an additional cost for check-in after the established time and in some cases we are entitled not to receive guests after the established time. Other things to note ** THE CASA MERAKI TEAM IS AVAILABLE FROM 10 AM TO 4 PM, IF YOU HAVE ANY REQUIREMENTS AFTER THIS TIME, THEY WILL BE ADDRESSED THE FOLLOWING DAY AT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED TIME ** * Pool hours are from 11 am to 8 pm * Rooftop hours are from 11am to 10pm * We ask that you keep the common areas clean and tidy out of respect for all guests: a) Do not hang towels, clothes, swimsuits, etc. on the rooftop furniture (we have hangers placed on the wall to place your clothes). b) Your shoes or footwear in the pool area must be placed next to the stairs leading to the pool. c) Trash cans are located next to the rooftop bar for you to please throw away your trash or cigarette butts. d) Once you use the pool, please dry yourself thoroughly before entering the elevator and avoid leaving it wet. e) Hanging towels, clothes, etc. on the windows, chairs, tables of the terraces of the apartments is not allowed. ** Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed. When the booking is for 1 to 2 people for one day, only one room is left open. If the guest wants to use the second bedroom, it will be charged at $300 pesos per day. ** Lost keys or cards will incur a charge of $500 pesos each. ** We are located just an 8-minute walk from the historic center (the city's main attractions) and a 5-minute walk from the Pípila monument. You can get to our house by car, taxi, or on foot (consider that it is a heavy climb characteristic of the city's topography) as well as make use of the funicular located in the Pípila (we suggest you check schedules).
