Juniper Cabin at the MareGold - Peaceful stay

The Juniper cabin (Built in 2019) is made up of one room with a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, and a wood stove. There is a small deck for looking out over the fields and pond with the beautiful Bay of Fundy beyond. Constructed from locally milled spruce and re-claimed white cedar, the high walls give the cabin a bright and open feel. The perfect place to be quiet and away from everything. The space The MareGold Centre is a special, private retreat located on the stunning Bay of Fundy coast, open to visitors only at select times. Nestled between lush forests, fields, and breathtaking views, the centre is a peaceful sanctuary dedicated to creativity, sustainability, and connection with nature. Throughout the season, we host hands-on experiences such as cabin-building courses, herbal workshops, and creative learning opportunities. These immersive workshops are designed to foster community, creativity, and sustainable living, all led by experienced builders, makers, and herbalists. Our growing collection of handcrafted cabins, built with reclaimed materials, offers the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. These cabins are designed to blend seamlessly with the landscape, offering an ideal escape for those seeking quiet and tranquility. There are no TVs on the property, and only one cabin has internet, providing a perfect environment for reflection and rest. The MareGold Centre is a completely non-smoking property, including all cabins, trails, gardens, and both interior and exterior spaces. Whether you’re here to learn, create, or simply enjoy the beauty of the land, MareGold Centre offers a unique and refreshing opportunity to step away from the everyday and embrace the simplicity of nature. Other things to note The MareGold Centre is a place to enjoy sunsets and quiet. Guests come here to unplug and enjoy the moment - this energy permeates throughout the property. None of the cabins has TVs and only one has internet. This is a place to be still, respectful and to connect with nature. Please note that it is a 30 km beautiful drive to the nearest service (Granville Ferry - Annapolis Royal). Please read this as many guests are surprised that there are no services in Victoria Beach.
