The apartment is a PRIVATE space with a separate entrance door. It has a living room, a kitchen with basic equipment, a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) and Internet TV. We are in the Colonial Zone, within walking distance of monuments, hotels, shops, restaurants and close to the Malecón. The host owns the laundry next door where, if required, you can drop off your luggage before checking in. The space This is a private one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, a living area with an integrated kitchen and refrigerator, and a private bathroom. Quiet apartment, comfortable bed, includes a closet and nightstand. The apartment is ideal for long stays. The apartment has two windows overlooking the inner courtyard, so the apartment tends to be a cool space. Your apartment has an emergency water and power service, consisting of an inverter and batteries. This system does not have the capacity to power the air conditioning or high consumption elements. Guest access The apartment is one of the units of a set of three that are located in an old interior courtyard of a colonial house. In the courtyard you have an area with plants, cool and quiet for the exclusive use of the guests of the apartments. It is forbidden to make noise and cause discomfort to other guests or the neighborhood, especially from 10 pm to 8 am. Access from the street is through an iron door for which we will provide you with the key, and the courtyard has another iron door. The entire courtyard is covered with bars for safety. Other things to note The apartment is in the colonial area. You can visit the area, move on foot and visit all its monuments and museums that are a ten-minute walk away and the area has a pleasant nightlife. The apartment is in a colonial courtyard surrounded by neighbors and businesses, so occasionally you may hear some noise that may bother you depending on your degree of sensitivity.
