Beautiful new house located just 10 minutes from the beach, located within a private subdivision. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, TV room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, beautiful garden and parking. For your convenience, the house has wifi, beach equipment (folding chairs, umbrella and cooler), two bicycles and a barbecue. The house has excellent common amenities, a swimming pool, a palapa, bathrooms and children's games. The space The house is fully equipped, so you can have everything you need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. In the kitchen there is a toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, plus there are three air conditioners in the house, so the heat won't be a problem. The backyard is very nice to have a BBQ and spend a nice time there. There is wifi and TV so if one afternoon you can stay home to watch a movie. We have two bicycles at your disposal, as well as equipment to go to the beach. Guest access You can use the common areas of the subdivision; the pool, palapa, bathrooms and children's games. To get there you have to walk to the right and at the corner again to the right. There is a path that leads to the common area. It is important to carry the "COMMON AREA" card when visiting the pool, as the guards may ask you to show it to them. The card is hung with the keys on the side of the room.
