It is also only a football's throw from our award-winning public library! We encourage you to make the most of our perfect proximity! The space The Studio has been completely renovated while maintaining the historic charm inherent to the original kitchen's craftsman cabinetry and the wood-burning stove. This cozy space features a queen-sized bed, full kitchen, and a luxury bathroom with radiant flooring and fabulous shower. The house is perfect for lone travelers and couples, but can accommodate up to three guests with the foldout twin sleeper chair in the living area (see photos for reference). Please be aware that the twin sleeper sofa is not ideal for full grown adults, as described by previous guests. I just want to make sure you know before booking. Please note that, true to its name, The Studio is entirely open except for the bathroom space. The outdoor space—from covered porch and deck, to the rustic round picnic table and firepit—is shaded by a mature pecan tree and feels secluded. Additional amenities include a new gas stove, efficient mini-split heat & air, tankless water heater, stacked washer/dryer, small LCD TV, and keypad entry. Guest access The house has a private driveway with space for two compact cars when parked end-to-end. Other things to note Smart TV is limited to local channels and popular streaming apps.
