Two blocks from the ferry pier, 1/2 block to beach access. Easy to walk or catch a cab if you want to go scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing or to the free beach club 1/2 block away. We offer monthly prices, but they do not include electrical usage, weekly maid service, nor bottled water refills. Guest access Guests will have access to the private ocean front and street front balconies. Entrance to the building is shuttered at night. There is no beach access here, but there is a Free Beach Club 1/2 block at Hotel Barracuda for pool, beach and snorkeling, with swim up bar and restaurant. Other things to note This apartment is in the downtown area, it is a busy area with many things to do right at your fingertips. There is no beach access here, it is 1/2 block away at ‘No Name Bar”. We offer monthly prices, but they do not include electrical usage, weekly maid service, water, nor bottled water refills. The long term pricing includes internet. For stays longer than 8 days, mid stay maid service is included in the price. Bring your favorite water bottles for refills from our electric dispenser.
