You can enjoy the fresh air with a lovely breeze while relaxing in this open air home that has an air conditioned bedroom with cool cotton linens, WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, cable TV, brand new kitchen and bathroom. Additionally the property offers security, open secured parking, beach access all in a relaxing quiet environment. Guest access We have a lovely sandy beach with a fresh water river along with catamaran cruises right from the beach. Infront of the apt is a beautifully protected swimming area great for snorkelling or feel free to walk our expansive 3 acre property. Other things to note -> Right across the road and down a few hundred yards to the left is a mini mart for you to get your basics. To the right towards the town are fully stocked supermarkets and the fresh food market. -> Right across the road from our entrance is "Sun Island" which is a wholesale store for beach towels, beach bags, t-shirts etc. Quite a nice selection for gifts or yourself. -> To the right is the town centre with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Miss T's restaurant is a short walk and highly recommended. -> If you don't want to rent a car, taxis can come and pick you up and take you on excursions, the security at the front gate can put you in touch. -> This is a self catering location, so if at any time you require a cleaning service during your stay, a days notice will be required and can be arranged at your expense. -> there is a laundromat right at the top of the street to the left where you can leave your laundry and they will wash dry and fold for you.
