This is a one room rental. The view out the bed room windows is of the back yard green space. These are all tiled floors and bathroom sink and shower area, easy to keep clean, and looks authentic Mexican. Room has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, dressers, a matrimonial bed, night stand and small reading lamp, and small kitchen. The kitchen on the patio gives you ample area to cook. We do not allow smokers, pets and children under 14. We have great wifi. No shared spaces. The space This is a first floor with one individual room. The patio is a large area and keeps the bugs out, with very large windows, it provides a comfortable spot to dine, cook, read, chat, go on-line. The front door is a combination deadbolt lock. Very secure with no keys needed. We will give you keys to your room when you arrive. They are also very secure with deadbolts. Strong wi-fi, we have laundry service, 8 dollars US per load, dried and folded. Full pool & jaccuzzi's cleaned every day. We provide for all your needs here and live here full time. Please do not ask office personnel for water or other sevices. The pool wi-fi is tortuga that you may access, that is free of charge. Rent one room for two, $75 US. We have decorative metal grates on small windows & doors for your security. Large windows are high strength tempered glass. Guest access The room has a deadbolt, is keyed, and private. The patio, with big tempered glass windows, fan ventilation is screened. With full kitchen. Your view are of the hills, surrounding areas, and ocean and full green space with fruit trees, flowers, and local vegetation. You will be the only persons in this lower floor area. Rent one room for two, $95 US. Other things to note You can call for taxi, About 400 pesos, give 30 minutes for arrival + -, pickup or delivery to Cerritos or Todos Santos. If you need to rent a car here, there is a rental agency in Todos Santos, about 12 kilometers from here to the north on highway #19. If you want to go by bus to Todos Santos from Pescadero it is 30 pesos per person. The bus can take you from Todos Santos and drop you at the Cerritos road turn off for 30 pesos per person. If you need to be picked up from Pescadero or the highway, we charge 100 pesos. If you need to get to Todos Santos we charge 200 pesos. We do offer other services on request. Possibly like going into the Sierra Laguna, by 4- wheel drive. This is a rough road that is very scenic. We can arrange for taking our guests to our special places. The "Blow Hole", the "Old Harbour", the "Water Fall", Todos Santos, etc.. Gasoline is very expensive here, around $4.30 U.S. per gallon. So we try to offer services that are reasonable, we will add the price of gas together with a user fee to travel and take you where you would like to go. So depends on the distance. We have a sedan that takes less gasoline per mile for those possible shopping trips.
