This suite has a private entrance and living space entirely separate from the basement area that the 4th bedroom is in. There is no interaction between the 4 bedroom home, and the legal suite. Other things to note Due to allergies absolutely NO pets are permitted in the home, additional charges will apply if pets are in the home. Absolutely NO parties permitted during your stay at this home - any events are to be approved by the host, there is a $500 fine for any parties hosted at this home. This is a non-smoking house.
