Only 45 minutes to Branson, MO. and Eureka Springs, AR. Perfect location for hikers and rock climbers 30 minutes away from most popular hiking trails and Horseshoe Canyon Ranch for rock climbers. You Will Love It! Amazing! The space This property is very unique. It is built on a hillside overlooking Scenic Hwy 7. It is multi-level with two entrances. The Chalet has open areas in the LR, Dining and Kitchen. 4 beds, 1 sofa bed and one full size futon. Love-Seat/Twin Pull-Out Bed sleeps 1. Bunk Beds sleep 2. Steep Stairs that lead to the upper floor where 2 Bedrooms are located upstairs with Queen Size Beds in each room that sleep 2 each and a Full Bath. The second Bedroom has a Door that leads to a small outside balcony. There are 2 bathrooms with tub/shower combination one on each level. Sitting area upstairs. Guests with children age 6 and older need to be extra watchful for safety reasons, due to the high construction of the property. The outside has lots of walkways and a deck with a gas BBQ grill for cooking out . Nice big FIRE-PIT seats 8 adults. Wood furnished. S’mores fixing are supplied too! Beautiful views and areas for photo ops. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Streaming TV, Free Wi-Fi and Roku Netflix . There is a washer and dryer in the house for your convenience. You also have access to an outside cooking and eating area. Fire-Pit area. Plenty of parking. There will be helpful brochures in the house of local attractions, shopping and dining. Other things to note Kids 6 years old and younger stay for FREE! Warning: This particular rental due to it's construction of very high decks and steep stairs is not suitable for and may present a danger for habitation by children under the age of 6 years old. Adults Must supervise. Also the stairs inside the chalet are steep and may be difficult for elderly and handicap guests to navigate.
