The space Amenities include: mini-refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, table setting for four, cookware, safe deposit box, radio alarm clock, Travertine marble decor bathroom with tub and shower, digital TV, telephone, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, ceramic tiled floors, ceiling fans, and purified drinking water. Other things to note Please note that the resort charges an additional service fee which is split among the staff (in non-management roles like housekeeping and dining service, etc). This means that you will be charged an additional $5 per night on site. This will be due at check out and is not included in this reservation cost. You may have up to 3 adults in one room OR 2 adults and up to 2 children. You will be staying as my guest, with your name on the reservation. This is the reason I charge a "cleaning fee." The fee is a one time charge per reservation to cover the cost of issuing the guest certificate, so that the reservation is in your name. You will NOT have to attend a timeshare presentation, don't worry I already did that for you (they got me) but I signed up to be able to travel and share awesome deals on travel with you! The dates you select are a request for reservation but I need to confirm availability with the resort. Please send an inquiry with your requested dates so I can check with the resort. However, if you complete an instant book, I will confirm your requested dates are available within 48 hours of your request. You have a 48 hour grace period from booking to cancel without penalty, so that if I cannot secure your dates, you will need to cancel your reservation with me. Please allow at least 75 days before your reservation for best chance of availability. All requests will be considered, even those made fewer than 75 days before arrival, but availability is less likely. I can arrange for your transportation between the airport and your resort for only $50, ($100 savings for round trip transportation, up to 4 people) All-inclusive is $155 per adult per day.
