You are going to love staying in a beautiful house located in a country ranch where horses are part of the activities, an ideal place to connect with the natural environment starting the day with a tour of the chicken coops to have breakfast with organic eggs or take a walk on the bike path surrounded by trees that cover you from the sun's rays. Located in the heart of the Peninsula to travel to the best states in southern Mexico The space Casa de las Rutas is very comfortable and spacious, it has a large kitchen bar located in the middle of the house so you don't miss any detail of living with your companions. The kitchen is very well equipped, from clay pots to an express pot, as if you were at home. It has a large room to meet to play board games and have a good time leaving technology aside. In the main bedroom you will have a private exit to the pool with a large King Size bed, in the second bedroom you will have spacious bunk beds with comfortable double beds on the bottom and single beds on the top and finally a third bedroom with 2 double beds, the whole house has fans ( even the bathrooms) and air conditioners, the high ceilings make the house always feel cool. In the pool area it has a pool bar and a small beach for small children or if you want to sunbathe. The pool has stairs to a good depth for a good dip, you will feel inside the jungle but at the same time with the necessary comforts for a fascinating vacation. Inside the 2-bedroom house has its own full bathroom, another full bathroom in the common area, and a full bathroom with a urinal in the pool area. You also have a laundry center with a dryer and a drying area. Inside the ranch you can ride a bike, we recommend you go to the town to rent them and enjoy the way to the house through a bicycle path. Remember that you will always count on me, I will be waiting one day before your arrival for any questions you have to check-in and we can also help you with some suggestions to complement your trip. Guest access You can use the entire house and walk within the subdivision, to access the area of the farm and the horses you will always have to be accompanied by an adult and by the staff of the stables for their safety. Other things to note Being a country subdivision, we ask you to enter at the suggested speed. We do not have a drainage system like in a city, so we ask you to please help us preserve it by throwing the sanitary papers into the trash can.
