Casa Victoria is a modern home furnished with comfortable seating and beds, and a stainless appliance kitchen. Master suite features a balcony for sipping morning coffee, as the sun crests the horizon over the Atlantic Ocean. Surrounded by generous patios, the villa is ideal for quiet moments of refection, or family vacation. The space The villa is located in the 2nd line off the Cofresi beach which makes its setting more private and quiet. We enjoy an unobstructed 270 degree ocean view and sound of crushing waves on the beach. The beach is a short walk down the gentle hill. No transport is needed. Guest access The guests will use the entire house - 3 bedrooms, kitchen, all outdoor spaces, swimming pool and gardens and will not share the space with other people including owners. Other things to note No local guests are allowed in the villa. No parties in the villa, swimming pool or the grounds. Cleaning is done twice a week. Guests prepare their meals. Groceries could be purchased by the owners by the list prior to the guests arrival- guests reimburse owners per invoice in cash.
