Vehicle rentals are available during your stay. once you got out of Montego Bay, it is just over, half an hour up and over the mountain to the South Coast, to reach The Belair. The Belair is an exclusive Villa that is safe and secure and has ocean and beach, all around the property. You can literally walk right out of your suite and into the ocean while you’re in a privately secured yard. There are freshwater showers outside to after spending time in the ocean. All of the suites have air-conditioning, hot water showers, are professionally laid out and designed with hand-picked antiques, and linens and mattresses are top of the line. The Belair has a beautiful rooftop deck that could be set up for your use anyway you want. You can lounge up there in the sun or you can dine under the stars. We love to go up there late at night and watch the stars. The Belair is small enough that you have an intimate feel and may feel like you have the entire property to yourself. We can also cater your stay specifically to your needs, meaning we could set up an all-inclusive program for you, make sure what you like to drink is stocked at the bar, and discuss food requirements before your arrival. We have a lovely outdoor kitchen and cooking area within our beautiful 60-foot-wide THACH tiki bar. You can use these facilities yourself to prepare your own meals, or you can hire one of our locals to cook for you daily as they would be thrilled to accommodate your every need, and provide you with the best of the local Jamaican cuisine. during the high seasons of November until March, we serve breakfast included with your rooms which consists of seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables, fresh and warm cocoa bread, which is only found on our part of the island, and fresh local free range eggs My husband has been going to Jamaica since the 70s, and he loves to explore and take our guests on adventures. Seriously, he can take you on adventures that even the best tour guides on the island don’t know about these locations. I can assure you that you would be safe, secure, and we would do nothing that would make you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The Belair is within walking distance to many of the local shops for fruits, vegetables, cocktails, and there is a local beach just down the road. But for that more private, exclusive feeling, we have our own private beach as well. It is completely safe to walk around Belmont and visit and socialize with any locals. Boating is another thing we like to do several times a week, whether it’s a sailboat or a powerboat. We have connections with friends that have these wonderful amenities. There is a lovely reef about half a kilometer out into the ocean just off our property. It’s a little far to swim, but kayaks are available, and the reef is spectacular and has been protected for years. The food, cocktails, groceries, everything is cheaper in our area than it would be in one of the larger tourist centers. You can get a meal for a fraction of the price that you would pay in Negril. there is also a wonderful full service restaurant just a five minute walk from The Belair. The Belair is not in a tourist area, it is quaint, friendly, clean natural and full of rich history. You may have to be a little more adventurous than those that choose to stay at the all-inclusive because this is a completely different type of accommodation in Jamaica. There are so many things on the south coast that are undiscovered, and there is a lot of history as Captain Morgan himself used to dock his fleet of ships right there in Bluefields Bay. at this time, The Belair has five beautiful sweets available and we are always renovating/updating and building more. Each suite is different but they are all beautiful. Our Wi-Fi works very well anywhere throughout the property. There are many people that just like to come and sit at the bar, during the day, have a fresh pot of blue Mountain coffee while they do their daily work on their computer with our Wi-Fi.
