Furnished with all the amenities, one car garage, large yard and restaurants close by, it is the perfect retreat or stay over for your Alaskan adventure! Enjoy watching the planes land and take off just steps from your front door or while taking walks around the lake. You will love our Beechcraft Landing Retreat! The space Beechcraft Landing Retreat is freshly remodeled with new appliances, furniture, paint, flooring and linens. The space is well laid out and fully furnished with everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including a large flat screen SMART TV, HEPA air filter, high speed internet, board games and a big sunny back yard. The bedrooms, full bath and laundry are located on the upstairs floor of the house while the kitchen and common areas are all on the main level. We provide coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, shampoo and conditioner for the first few days of your stay. If you need any additional of these supplies, there are numerous grocery stores within a few miles of the house. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, 1 car garage, laundry and outdoor yard. There is keyless entry so that guests can arrive at their leisure and convenience. Other things to note HEPA Air filters have been added to refresh the air. Due to COVID, we require more time to complete thorough cleaning. We may be able to offer flexible check in/out times based upon scheduled bookings. Please ask if this is something that will make your stay more convenient. ABOUT SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue. I suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies along with many of our new and recurring clients which only rent and return with the promise of no pet dander or shedding. As such we may only welcome non-shedding/no dander companions to our home as we need to guarantee their health. Additionally, we rent a unit directly next door and the service animals cannot be permitted in the shared public space (backyard) for safety reasons. SECURITY: There is an audio and video camera recording device monitoring the driveway 365/24/7.
