If you require cleaning in monthly stays, there will be an extra cost per day of cleaning (does not include dishwashing). A laundry service (extra cost). Cleaning products + purified water will be included upon arrival. Replacement after check-in will not be included. We welcome pets and children! (a damage deposit is required.) Smoking is not allowed inside the premises (there are specific areas). Music allowed from 12:00 p.m. - 6 p.m. (medium-low volume).
