Spacious and cozy private room, ideal for resting after studying, working or going for a walk and for long stays. Gay Friendly. Located just 5 minutes from the Cuautitlán Suburban Train station, which connects you to Mexico City in 30 minutes. Opposite the residential development there is a shopping center (Soriana), a gym, cinemas and restaurants. We are 10 minutes from downtown Cuautitlán and 15 minutes from the Cuautitlán beltway and industrial zone. AIFA is 30 minutes away by car. The space The room is large and bright. Completely private and with your own keys. It has a double bed, desk, furniture and a spacious closet. The house has two floors, has been recently remodeled, and is shared with one roommate. The house has a living room, dining room, half bathroom, TV, Internet, Netflix, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven and blender. Upstairs are the bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Hot water 24 hours a day. The spaces are open. There is a service patio and a very nice garden inside the house. I have a very playful pug puppy named Mordisco 🐕 Guest access The house is located within a private subdivision. You will have your own set of keys to access the house, room and subdivision, which is always kept closed. If you require car access, please let us know in advance. During your stay I am available 24/7 for any questions you may have via cell phone or WhatsApp. I can gladly give you references for transportation, places to eat, shopping malls, and any other services or locations you need.
