Beautiful 12v Solar powered cabin on the river

Beautiful cabin and bunk house located 30 minutes south of Brandon, MB right on the Souris River. The cabin and bunk house are hidden away on a privately owned cattle operation that stretches over 2000 acres. When you book you are the only people on the cabin site and completely secluded. The space The cabin and bunk house are powered by 12v solar meaning if you can charge or power your device by USB then you can charge or use it here. There is also propane for the cookers and there are wood stoves for those cooler nights. There is no wifi or cel service at the cabin but a hard hike up a hill will have you back in service. Great place to get away from the world, spend quality time with friends or family and get the kids off their phones and let them be kids again. This is not a cabin that you can sneak additional guests into. Please be upfront on number of guests. You can pay the additional charges per guest in cash upon arrival as to not get service fees added, it’s up to you. Guest access You will text us when you turn onto the gravel road. We will meet you at the cabin road and you will follow us down a grass road to your parking spot. You will park at the top of the hill and we will haul you and your luggage & coolers to the cabin. The whole cabin river front area is all yours. There are no neighbors and no roads that pass by the cabin. Give us your pick up time or call when you are ready and we will come down to haul your belongs to your vehicle. You are welcome to bring your atv but there is no quadding on the farm property. Other things to note We have a floating dock to jump and swim off. There are also kayaks and canoes as well as tractor tire tubes. We do not supply life jackets and suggest you bring water shoes as well. There are lots of games kept at the cabin to enjoy as well as a fire pit area (we supply the wood) The large deck has plenty of seating and has baby gates at each set of stairs to contain the little ones. There is also a clean well kept outhouse close to the fire pit. Dogs are welcome and we do ask $ 150.00 per dog cleaning fee to be paid on arrival. Please advise if you will be bringing pets and please check first before bringing an intact dog, male or female. I don’t care if you smoke but I do NOT want butts all over the yard on the ground. Use a can or the fire pit, and the same goes for sunflower seeds. Please have some respect !!
