The space Parlor Studio - Sleeps 2 - Mini Kitchen, patio/balcony, pull out Murphy Queen size bed. Perfect for a couples getaway! All suites have a partial view of the resort, beach or pool but views are not guaranteed unless specified on your suite type. Guest access Guests must check in at the front desk and must be at least 21 years of age. Guest must also present valid identification (state-issued or passport) and credit card for incidentals. If you are going to check in after 9 PM please notify your host in advance. If you need a late check-out please ask your host the day before check-out. A $25 per night per unit government-imposed island environmental impact fee will be charged at check-in. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required upon check-in. A daily energy fee of $14 per night is required at check-in. There are no elevators available at this resort. Accessible units are currently not available. Please consult the resort if you have special needs. Other things to note You'll discover a secluded island getaway packed with a myriad of amenities and activities.
