This allows for community living while maintaining privacy and personal space, also offering 2 living areas, a communal kitchen, a firepit, and a coworking space. Guest access Accessing the villa is very easy. As you take the road from Playa del Carmen toward Tulum, turn right 100 meters before 'Cenote Casa Tortuga.' Continue for about 800 meters, and you will reach the entrance to Nomad Humans Cenote & Coliving. Other things to note We are a sustainable coliving powered by solar panels and batteries; we operate entirely off-the-grid without public electricity. This invites all our guests to be mindful of their electricity and water usage so we can care for the environment together. To ensure the solar energy and batteries function correctly, electricity works properly 24hs but air conditioning is available 12 hours a day. We suggest using it from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Since we are located in the heart of the jungle, you might be lucky enough to spot local wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, and more. They are not dangerous; we simply ask that you respect them and coexist in harmony. We recommend using mosquito repellent to ensure you have the best possible experience.
