You have your own entrance to a large private suite with king bed, private bathroom and use of the backyard and pool in a single family home across from the intercoastal waterway. Boaters welcome. 2 Boat Ramps in the neighborhood. 5 miles from historic downtown St Augustine. 6 miles from beautiful St Augustine Beach. The space Our home is bright, cheerful and happy. You will love the vibe. Pool is big enough for laps or just lazing. Do games by the pool. Corn hole, darts. Please note - pool is not heated - water gets cold in non summer months. Pool is not covered or screened in. We are surrounded by God's beautiful nature so there may be leaves in the pool. We keep pool cleaners going but it is the outdoors. If you have challenges with steps please know there are 6 indoor steps that lead down to your suite. Guest access You'll have your spacious private suite area with bedroom, bath, backyard and pool access. You have access to your suite. You don't go through our home at all. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. If you want to lock the suite when you go out there is a key to the sliding glass door in a plastic sleeve on the credenza on the upstairs foyer. Other things to note Doggie Rules: We have 1 rescue dog - Shaddow. She may bark a little (sorry in advance). She is friendly. We ask that your dog(s) be friendly to people and other dogs, house trained, not barkers or cryers and don't chew on furniture. Please pick up after your furry family member. Let us know ahead of time if you are bringing your doggie please. Dogs only please. No cats. Let me know if you would like info for my dog sitter to let your dog out while you are out. She's great!
