Cabin (Luna 2) 5 minutes from the beach

Cabin located in Casa "Luna de Piedra" The beach is a 5-minute walk away, as are the restaurants, cafes, and bars The cabin has a king-size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, safe, closet, fans, terrace and hammock I don't have air conditioning or parking, but I can get space for your car if you let me know beforehand There is a house and another cabin on the same property. During the day there may be some construction noise from my neighbors, but it's not loud. The space Independent cabin in a pleasant space with vegetation There are steps to get to the cabin, the terrain is a small hill. (see photos) Guest access Access to the property and cabin is with a key. I don't have parking but I can get space for your car if you let me know beforehand There is a house and another cabin on the same property, so the same access to the property is shared. Other things to note The cleaning of the cabin is done 2 times per week, being as follows: The cabin is cleaned prior to the guest's arrival and delivered clean (with clean sheets and towels) on the day of their arrival and apart in the week another cleaning of the cabin is done. It is important to consider that in short stays of 2 or 3 nights, you will not have the second cleaning of the cabin, the second cleaning applies for stays longer than 3 nights, but if the guest requires cleaning in short stays, a cost of $200 will apply. On one side of the cabin there is cleaning accessories, such as broom, mop and collector in case the guest likes to use them. Laundry service: If you like, the cleaning person can help you wash your clothes, and you give them a tip (payment for the service).
