This spacious home is located in quiet Southside Revelstoke, only minutes away from downtown and all the amenities that make Revy a mecca for all season adventures! With Revelstoke Mountain Resort only 3.5 kilometres away and 2 minutes drive from the bustle of Mackenzie avenue, Cottonwood Chalet will feel close enough to everything yet far enough away to fully relax. The space The deck is house access only and offers a great area to relax in the sun and hot tub in the evening. The pellet stove is in the huge 150 square foot entrance with tons of hanging hooks and boot dryers. The room can be isolated into a drying room. Guests have full access to the garage where they can store their bike/bike gear, ski equipment or snowmobiles. There is a large backyard patio sitting area with a BBQ and firepit to enjoy and Southside grocery store is conveniently located 1 block away. Guest access Guests will have full complete access to the house and parking area. The only space that is not for guest access is the garden shed in the back yard.
