Whistler village is a 5-minute ride away. Bus stop outside. The space The apartment is located in Lake Placid Lodge a beautiful resort complex with an amazing, recently renovated outdoor area. You can relax surrounded by mountains in the heated pool, the hot tub or the sauna. Here you can also BBQ and during the summer months enjoy dinning al fresco. The building also has a big lounge with a cozy fireplace on the ground floor of the building where you can seat and meet other travellers. Ours is a corner unit on the second floor of the 4 story building. We have 2 private balconies, one facing the pool and BBQ area. The quiet master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom is setup as a twin bedroom. The second bathroom is in the corridor next to the twin room. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper. The bottom part comes out and it turns into a single bed. Another person can sleep in the top part. There is a 50inches smart TV with high speed internet located in the living room. We also have in unit Washer/Dryer. A fully equipped kitchen for your baking and Christmas needs and a gas fireplace to cozy up during ski season. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourselves. You can also access the pool areas which is open following Covid 19 protocols. There is a ski/bike locker on the entrance. Other things to note This is a non-smoking complex and suite. Fines of $500 for smoking on the property outdoors and $2,000 plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside will apply. In either case your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately. Please contact me if you need to use the sofa bed and I will explain how it works.
