This roomy one bedroom unit is located in the heart of Orange. Walk a few blocks to the Orange Circle, coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, Chapman University and public library. Enjoy a full kitchen and super comfy living space. Short drive to Choc and other hospitals, great for traveling nurses. The space Note: There was a review about the bed needing fixing, the bed has since been replaced, thanks to that guests feedback! The space is perfect for a couple or solo travelers. It's cute, roomy, comfy. No Cable TV but yes high speed internet and a smart TV for Netflix or other internet viewing. The kitchen is equipped for cooking - it has filtered drinking water, a refrigerator, a full 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave oven, and a coffee maker. As well as pots and pans, utensils, basic spices, paper towels, etc. There is a dining area that accommodates 4 comfortably. The bath is equipped with clean towels, toilet paper, hair dryer. Basic body wash and shampoo in case you didn't bring your favorites. Guest access This comfy apartment is in the back of the fourplex. It is attached to 2 studio units. One of the units shares two walls with your unit but the walls are insulated and is similar to apartment or hotel living. The back patio is shared with one of the studios. You sometimes will hear your neighbors when doors and windows are open. The neighbors are friendly and courteous and we ask that you are the same. No loud music or parties of any kind. One parking space and plenty of street parking. Lock box will be given prior to arrival, text or call if you have any questions. Other things to note Please feel free to use anything in the unit or pantry as you need. I don't have an iron in the unit but there is an iron and a steamer in the laundry room in front of the unit if you need one. No cable TV/live TV There is a smart TV for Netflix or Hulu and YouTube viewing. There is WIFI so you can watch movies and video on your own laptop as well. Free laundry on premises (door out front to the left between your unit and 811.5) Window A/C in living room and ceiling fan in bedroom.
