The space The location sitting on farmland looking across the Boulder's famous "Flatirons" is what makes this an amazing place. The view, plus an entire renovation of the home will leave you loving your time here. Guest access We keep the garage, unfinished basement and a couple closets locked as storage for owners. There is a fourth bedroom that is locked and private as well. You have access to everything else! Other things to note We own a cat. She will either be locked away happily in the basement or won't be here while you are, but this is important to know for those who have severe allergies.
