Building and apartment rules: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. - Drinking alcoholic beverages in the building's common areas (jacuzzi, sauna, pool, terraces, lobby, etc.) is prohibited. If you are caught drinking alcoholic beverages in the common areas, you will be charged a fine. - No nude swimming in the pool. - You will be asked to send a photo ID before arrival, which must be presented at check-in upon arrival at the building. Any sensitive information can be covered if you wish, we just need the guest's name and photo to be visible - ONLY GUESTS REGISTERED IN THE AIRBNB RESERVATION ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE APARTMENT AND BUILDING. - If you need to use the parking lot, we ask you to send the details of the car that will be entering, license plates and model. -No Pets allowed - No parties or events allowed. - Check-in is at 3 pm - Check out at 11 am (noon) - Check-in can be done through smart lock or with building security guards.
