Guest access The house has a central patio and a secondary one, also a roof top were you can enjoy your stay. Flexible with check in and check out when posible. For mid-long term rentals, the cleaning is provided once a week with change of linen and towels. Other things to note - Access, terrace, laundry center and common areas are shared - Parking in the historic center can be tricky, the location allows everything to walk away whenever possible. - The apartment can become a bit obscure by black out curtains, as the main window gives a direct view of the avenida. - There is a dedicated desk / workspace here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay. - Care cleaning teams pass in front of the property making noise, this is simply part of city life but something you should understand when staying anywhere in the Center. - Windows of the apartment face the street, you can expect noise during the day.
