Other things to note - The entrance, terrace, laundry center, and common areas are shared - Parking in the historic center can be complicated, the location allows you to be within walking distance whenever possible. - The apartment can be a bit dark due to blackout curtains, as the main window has a direct view of the avenue. - There is a dedicated desk / workspace here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay. - City cleaning crews pass in front of the property making noise, this is simply part of city life, but something you should understand when you stay anywhere in the Center. - Apartment windows face the street, you can expect noise during the day.
