Private entrance via a large lanai with cushioned lounge seating and outdoor shower/foot wash station. Full kitchen with gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee pot, tea kettle, pots, pans, silverware and filtered water. Plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout will allow you to enjoy the sound of the ocean and flow through tropical breeze, but we also have three great air conditioning units. There are two very comfortable and private bedrooms with full closets, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and both have large screen TVs, USB charging ports and wireless cell charging bedside. Available for your use is an office with a computer and printer and high speed wi-fi (500Mbps). There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Everybody's favorite spot seems to be the terrace with a view of the ocean. Just 25 miles from San Juan Airport, this scenic beach community is the perfect launching point for peace and quiet and/or great adventures. Luquillo has the great beaches the locals visit including Playa Azul in front of our condo, a snorkeling reef just to the right and Playa La Pared, the surfing wave-board riding beach just a 5-minute walk away along the beach. We have several great local restaurants and bars within walking distance and 100 small restaurants within a 10-minute drive. The Kioskos are only a 2-minute drive and have many options for dining, drinking, shopping and beach activities. The beach is just 66 steps away and you can enjoy being lazy under a coconut tree and/or snorkeling. The waves are typically calm here. You can walk 5 minutes to the right to a popular surfing body boarding beach or a little further to a turtle nesting area. Walk 10 minutes to the left to a very calm almost deserted tropical beach protected by a barrier reef. Walk another 10 minutes to the public Luquillo Beach with tons of activities. We are only 6 miles from El Yunque National Forest with Waterfalls, ATV, Horseback Riding and Ziplines. 9 miles to Fajardo and the Bioluminescent Bay and Ferry to Culebra and Vieques Islands. We are close to the top Puerto Rican attractions such as the awesome beaches, rain forest, bioluminescent bay, ferry to Vieques and Culebra.
